CF&S Estonia became LTA member

07.11.2012

Logistics Group CF&S Estonia became a member of the Estonian Logistics and Transit Association (LTA). According to Andres Valgerist, Chairman of the Management Board of LTA, a proposition was made to the Management Board of CF&S Estonia to join the Association with the aim of even more successful organisation of cooperation in the future.

CF&S Estonia has been a member of the Estonian Logistics Cluster lead by LTA already since 2010 and is planning to continue the cooperation started within the framework of the Cluster in the future as well. "Joining the Cluster helped us to engage more actively in the sales and marketing activity in the regions of interest for our company. We hope to continue – as a member of LTA now – joint marketing activities we have started and by joining forces to develop the Estonian logistics and transit business", said Harri Rästas, member of the Management Board of CF&S Estonia.

CF&S Estonia is the biggest Estonian capital based forwarding company, which this year has started to actively increase its market share also in Latvia. "When such strong companies in the sector join LTA, we take it as recognition that we have done good work during the period of activity of the Cluster and, despite the fact that the financing period is ending, we should still continue the work", said Valgerist.

CF&S Estonia is also willing to contribute to LTA's cooperation with the public sector in order to help create an adequate picture of what is going in the business world and thus promote the developments of the logistics sector.
